The nice fleece liner tops off just above your forehead so the whole inside is not lined, but it is still very warm and comfy. I like the colors and the fluffy ball on top. My one complaint would be that the hat comes down at a weird cut on my face making it hard to wear sunglasses with. If you don't need to wear sunglasses with it you probably wont notice too much.
