"Solid" 01/06/12
I like my dri clime windshirt! It's pretty light but still warm. It blocks the wind well but does let some wind blow from the bottom. It only has the chest pocket but I don't really mind. The drop tail hem really makes it feel like a shirt. I love the full zip as it really helps regulate temperature. This windshirt can be used from baselayer to outerlayer. It is very versatile. The inside fabrice is very soft. The jacket's outer material looks a little fragile but hasn't been damaged at all and I haven't been especially careful. Overall, an excellent product. Highly recomended!
"Perfect go anywhere jacket" 11/14/11
This jacket is fantastic. It has just the right amount of insulation to keep you warm on a crisp day when you are active. It fits great, with a trim/athletic cut, and looks great. It is breathable yet pretty good at blocking wind. It has much less bulk than fleece, but the combination windshirt/insulating layer is far more versatile. I've got two of them and grab one at every chance. If your active you can easily wear this into the low 40's; if you are just relaxing, this is comfortable into the high 60s. Its my go to jacket whenever i'm at ease. Marmot really has a winner here.
"Great jacket" 11/07/10
This is a good jacket for most conditions up here in the PNW. Didn't leave the pack most of the summer, blocks the wind and gives a little insulation. With a layer or 2 under it's great for snowshoeing or any moderate activity in the cold. Pockets for the hands would be nice, but it's not something I miss a lot, just throw on some gloves...all in all a good buy and I'd recommend it to others looking for a lightweight, packable, breathable windbreaker...
"A true must have jacket/shirt." 09/27/10
I bought my first one in 2002 and continue to use it every year for both adventure travel and everyday around town casual ware. It still looks great and is my favorite piece of outer ware. I need to wax the zipper but otherwise it is in great shape. I just bought another one from fear that when I do loose this one, there won't be another like it. The new will go on the shelf until I need it. It packs great, unwrinkles quickly, goes over clothes and under fleece or shell, very versatile. Wicks like no other jacket I have ever had. So I am a fan!!
"Kick A** Jacket" 04/14/10
This is one of the most versatile jackets I own. Super lightweight & super comfy. I loaded it up with some Nikwax softshell proof. It makes the jacket almost a temporary rain stopper too. The only concern I have is the material, it's pretty thin so I don't know how much punishment it can take. But as for what it's supposed to do, it's great.
"Very warm for it's lightweight" 12/28/09
Of course, the windshirt arrived far faster than one would expect during the holidays. It is as many people have pointed out - light, warm, water resistant (but definitely not raingear), and well designed for layering. This and a fleece should manage most walks in Fall and Spring, should solo in Summer (unless you choose to head up to New England), and okay for warmer winter days. I'd couple this with a scarf, neck gaiter or balaclava. One could do with less expensive jackets, such as Marmot Precip, but I like the added warmth. Get the Precip anyway for the rain that will come.
"The one piece of gear you want to have everywhere except maybe tropical jungles.please wear pants" 12/08/09
A great designed light packable super warm for the weight jacket with kick ass good looks, great feel, cut, and comfort. One of my top 3 articles of clothing(also Merino wool socks, my flannel lined Carharts)One drawback ( i'm not bi@$#ing) only one chest pocket. I'll live i know.
"A classic. Perfect for high activity in cool conditions" 12/05/09
This is such a versatile piece of clothing. It does a great job of blocking the wind, and it is water resistant.

The fit is perfect. I am 5'8, 170 and the medium is great. It is an athletic cut, and I can wear a baselayer or even a light fleece under it comfortably. It doesn't hinder your movement at all, and it is surprisingly warm for its size.

It packs really well too. Contrary to what I have read in reviews, you CAN pack it inside it's own chest pocket. It ends up being about the size of a grapefruit if you compress it all the way down.
"Awesome lightweight jacket" 04/23/09
Great lightweight jacket that is never too hot or too cold. The jacket does a good job at stopping wind with a super fit that allows for plenty of movement. I ordered the all black color, which I was a little worried that it would look like a garbage bag but it looks sweet.
