Moosejaw Staff Pick
"This is by far the most versatile piece of outdoor apparel that I own! Not only does it fit me perfectly, it is also extremely warm for the weight. I can stuff this down to the size of a baseball and throw it in my pack and not have it take up a ton of space. The DriClime Windshirt is also windproof so I can throw it on during colder windy days and stay toasty warm with minimal layers. It also has a sweet chest pocket for my skittles!"

"If I had to leave my burning house with only one item of clothing, this would be it." 03/11/13
My first DriClime Windshirt, a distinctive two-tone green, disappeared while my daughter was visiting. Just sayin'. I tried to replace it but I could never seem to find my size in anything but black. And after 27 years as a Navy SEAL, I don't want to wear black stuff anymore. I found one at your site in a very cool orange/grey. Very cool.I'll wear this thing bc touring at 15 degrees, biking in a light summer rain, and chasing my dog Betty all over the Ten Mile Range all year round. Easily the most versatile jacket I've ever owned.
"This jacket is an invaluable part of my collection" 01/27/13
The DriClime Windshirt is another excellent product from Marmot, and it proves the mantra "if it isn't broke, don't fix it". I've owned mine for over two years, and I know plenty of folks who have owned them for 15+. This jacket performs well in moderate to cold weather depending on activity, and allows for excellent movement, making it perfect for ice climbing!
"Couldn't get over the 80s style" 01/10/13
The underarm vents are really well designed, and the inside is a soft brushed fabric so the feel of this garment is wonderful. I also like the cuffs - not the cheap flimsy kind, but substantial and durable. The shirt is fairly light weight, perfect for fall and spring and warm days in winter. But I just couldn't get past the shiney, nylony look and feel of the shell... it reminded me so much of the exercise suits of the 1980s, I could not bring myself to keep them. The final nail in that coffin is the nylon is much like sleeping bag nylon, so it swooshes with every motion, eliminating any chance for stealth in the woods.
"Warm, blocks the wind well" 12/15/12
For the price and weight, this thing is pretty amazing. It will keep you relatively warm even with just one layer underneath (perfect for weather in the 50s) and blocks out quite a lot of the wind. The only drawback is that it runs pretty small (I usually hover between a small and a medium, and medium would have been better for me). Other than that, a fantastic buy!
"Very light but warm jacket" 12/01/12
I bought this Jacket (I call it jacket because it does the job of a real jacket) almost two months, it is very nice, I love it.This is a warm, waterproof, windshield...that's all a jacket can do, more over, it is really very light, because you don't feel nothing when you in it. Your shoulder don't feel uncomfortable when you rise up your arm, or rotate your body. I normally wear a T-shirt/ shirt in it to stand up to 4 Degree Celsius temperature. I feel even hot when I exercises. This is a 24/7 wearing jacket and I wear it all day long.I am 175cm height, 74kg weight. The M size is just fine.
"just awesome!" 08/01/12
I've gone through 2 over the past 12 years. I swear by this Marmot product. It gets used through all 4 seasons here in Southern Ontario, Canada. I pretty much wear this windshirt all day, every day. It is my go-to jacket for the Spring/Fall, and my base layer for Winter. It does a remarkable job regulating my body temp and preventing me from sweating and then getting cold, and it does it better than fleece, which is way bulkier. It dries out fast when the shell gets wet from rain, but continues to block wind even when its already wet.I've even got both kids wearing windshirts in kids' sizes--which are almost impossible to find IN STOCK anywhere.
"This is a wonderful addition to any wardrobe" 12/17/11
I really like this jacket. It is very light, so at first glance does not seem very warm. Indeed, I probably would not wear this by itself on a blustery winter's morning. However, on cool to decently cold days, along with a long sleeve t shirt, this bad boy really blocks the wind and keeps you nice and warm. I wear it often when running, but also use it for walking around, as it looks pretty darn cool. Overall, it is a nice jacket for windy conditions, and I would suggest it to anyone who likes to run or hike, or in general, look cool.
"Perfect for a trip to Ireland" 11/16/11
I was in the UK for work and decided to fly my wife to Ireland for some vacation while I was overseas. We did quite a bit of hiking in the SW part of the island. The DriClime provided much needed wind protection for hikes along the coast and repelled the surprise showers. The trim fit is nice as nobody likes feeling like they are wearing a trash bag. Range of motion was also quite nice during a quick round at a pitch and putt.
