"really toasty" 12/25/06

i wear them when i otherwise can't bear to be outside because of the cold. they somewhat limit dexterity, but they are the warm gloves, mittens, etc, i've ever worn.

"Great mitts in all but the most extreme conditions" 05/28/06

Just took these mitts mountaineering in Alaska's Wrangells. Weather never got too cold for what they could handle. I loved the leashes and traveled with the mitts at my side on really cold days. Happy to have them so accessible when I tumbled into a crevasse.
