"Light, Packable and Warm--Solid Performer!"
I've had this coat for about a month and have been super impressed by its light weight, warmth and breathe-ability. As warm as a 800-weight down sweater, the Baffin jacket does a slightly better job of regulating body temperature and controlling moisture on the inside of the coat. I think this is due to the coat's dual-density synthetic fibers that offer great warmth and h2o transfer. Thermal-R, the proprietary, recycled, polyester fiber they're using gets two thumbs up! Also, the Napoleon pocket doubles as a stuff-sack--something that is not mentioned on the coat's specs. Overall, pretty sweet--just keep it away from fences and overzealous dogs. The rip-stop outer is somewhat delicate.
