Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tent, Great Value and VERY EASY SETUP! Bought this tent for backpacking for my wife and I, and although it is a 3 person tent, I would not recommend, it would be pretty cramped! We were trying to choose between The North Face Rock 32 and the Limelight, and chose this tent because of the INCLUDED footprint and gear loft, which is very useful and the poles are DAC Press-Fit =Strong. This was my wife's first time backpacking, and first time I had her setting up a tent, she figured it out and we set it up within 10 min tops footprint/tent and the Fly, I’m sure we will have a faster setup next time because it was VERY SIMPLE!!! Would recommend to anyone wanting a good 3-season tent!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This tent is heavenly, but heaven is slightly heavy. My very first marmot product purchase. The tent sets up super easy as the others say, although the process is slightly annoying when setting up in an area with tons of trees, due to how long the constructed poles stick out during set up and before clipping. Do not try to construct in your living room before testing outdoors, you will knock stuff around like crazy. It also is hefty, but considering that you will be splitting the weight backpacking, it's not bad considering that you will be sleeping in a fortress. It's huge, and has lotsa pockets. The gear loft is tiny, but oh well, it's cool. I give the tent 4 starts because it's bomber.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This tent was made for YOU! Ok, I bought this tent based on a picture and a features list. Whoever designed this tent must not have liked to put up tents. I have set up many tents and putting poles through sleeves was nothing to look forward to. I setup this tent all by myself in less than 5 minutes. That is an amazing feat! The way the poles go on first and then you just pull the tent up and clip it on the pole is ingenious. The quality of everything is top notch, and the included gear loft and footprint is a really nice touch. There are also pockets at each inside corner for storage. I would gladly buy this tent again. Props to Marmot and Moosejaw!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tent Bad Doors This tent was my first Marmot tent I bought and it probably won't be the last either. What I love about this tent is the mesh and solid wall mix. The tent looks really cool while also keeping cool while inside. I went down to Georgia camping in the middle of summer and not really thinking orange would get really hot figured this would be the tent for me. The guys that went with me bought a crapy little walmart tent that practically melted during the trip their zippers broke and the got a snag in the mesh. While it did get hot it performed awesomely. Only flaw are the doors get in you way while trying to get out in a hurry. It's a Good tent would buy and use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from you wont find anything better for this price this is my go to tent when i'm heading for the great outdoors, this tent holds up to 30* weather and 40 mph gust without compromise even in the rain, the rain fly does what it's supposed to and so does the tent, comes with a footprint and gear loft, light reflective zipper pulls and logo, super easy setup in seconds, and it packs easy too, excellant for summer with great ventillation. four storage pouches inside at door sides make grabbing things easy even from outside. vestebule area is large enough to keep gear from the elemants, i cook inside the vestebule in stormy conditions, with skills it's possible with a pack stove, get some reflective cord to use the 4 other stakes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is well worth more than I paid for it. I'm proud of myself for this purchase. Right when I received my Limelight 3, I ripped the box open and took it outside to set up. I kid you not, it took me about 3 minutes to set it up from opening the bag to inside with the fly staked in. I am a big dude, 6'4 and 370 lbs, and I layed down and didn't touch either side with my head or feet. My girlfriend got inside and we still had a ton of space left if we needed to put the bags inside. The tent is very light weight, packs easily, and looks great. The fact that it comes with the free footpad and gear loft is just a huge bonus. Price is right, size is great, qulaity is awesome. Also, I got the darker colored tent and it is a forest green color, looks great -Nathan

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Leaks. Ever. I have been in two rainstorms this summer in the BWCA. I went with two other campers who brought their own tents. Unfortunately, it rained. Hard. When we woke up in the morning looked in my vestibule and it was DRY! I was on flat ground (as was everyone else) but all of my stuff was DRY! WOO HOO! I was also dry and not a drop of water was in the tent. With two people the tent gets really warm and may have a little condensation of water on the inside of the fly, but otherwise it keeps you dry and away from the elements. It was also super windy and my tent stayed up with no problem in winds that were felling trees. I am bringing it to New Zealand. Its going to be epic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You won't find a better one for this kind of money. I ordered this tent from a familiar site, and it was sold out. This happened a few more times, where it was on backorder and $239.,,I'd never heard of Moosejaw, but found the link. They had it in stock AND gave me 20% off!,,I got it in 6 days standard..and the thing is better than expected! ,,Someone wrote the view of stars were obstructed.. which makes me want to help him see them! ,,With the layout as it is, your head would be on one side or the other, directly below the large mesh ceiling viewpoints! Not sure how that person couldn't see out. Rainfly on?,,Buy this tent.. it's awesome! OH.. it's more a luxury 2 person though (2 + duffel bag, or dog?), can't really see three.
