"Best jacket ever. PERIOD."  11/08/12

We have 3 kids: 7, 5, 2.5.This is our 6th Northshore jacket (doesn't include my Marmot Precip rain slicker). We have been buying them for our kids since our 1st was 2. Pros--This jacket is WATERPROOF. NOTHING gets through the shell. Nada. Zip. Zero. Did I say nothing? -Rain or wind is no match for the shell, but when you throw on the insert-BAM! Time to hit the slopes! Cool dry day? Wear the cozy insert and you're good-to-go! -Holds up well. My daughter's 1st jacket is still in perfect condition-her sister will start sportin' it this winter!Cons--Expensive, but our kids got 2-3 years out of each coat. 2 jackets by age 7 @ $145 each = $41.50 a year. Worth every penny!
