"Compressible, cozy, & versitile!"  03/23/11

I love this bag! Its so light & compressible! I stuff it in a Therm-a-rest fleece lined stuff sack which I stuff w/ clothes to use as a pillow; the perfect combo! I love the simple drawcord closure; easy. Not a fan of the draft tube pocket, it falls out alot. Good for multiple conditions: Spring & Summer: I leave it unzipped; breezy. Fall: perfection. Early Winter: I add a liner; cozy. Not great for wet climates.

This bag is very light, compressible, and warm. Everything you expect in a good quality down bag.

"Nice bag, super light weight"  10/06/10

I'm not so sure about the 30 degree rating... maybe more like 35. This is my first down bag, so there is a bit of learning curve about getting the down to fill the baffles just right. The footbox is roomy and comfortable. The fabric is soft but I haven't had any issues with durability yet. This bag compresses very small with the Outdoor Research Ultralight Compression Sack (I used the 12 liter size). The zipper has never snagged, and the full length zipper makes it perfect to take this bag along on warm-weather hikes. I plan to use the Sea to Summit Reactor Plus for cooler weather (only 8.7 oz, adds 20 degrees) to extend the season for this bag.

"sweet bag, but you should really need the 30 degrees"  09/14/10

This bag is great. stuffs so tiny it seems like a magic trick. That being said, 30 degrees during the summer is not a great idea in NJ.I love this bag and I will be adding a 40 or 45 degree bag to my gear.I own the long which is good for any one 6 feet or more.

"Great light weight Bag that keeps you warm"  12/02/09

I had been looking for a good light weight bag for a great price and this was the winner. I was out a week ago in Pa. the night time temperature was in the low 30's, I stayed plenty warm. Looks like for me this bag should be good in the 20's. Packs small, 1# 11ozs and made in USA. See ya on the A/T.

"Bling bling... even if it's color is a very muted grey."  04/06/08

Okay, so after about ten hours of research on sleeping bags don't ask, this one survived. I wanted a bag that was decently light, warm, and came from a company that works to take care of both nature and its employees. This bag has been on the market for years, and I'm okay with that, since it gives Marmot time to work out the kinks. The bag is fluffy in a goose down sort of way, which makes for pristine comfort, and its thermostat setting is just right for moderate to chilly nights for anything colder, use a silk sleeping bag liner. Oh, yeah, the zipper doesn't snag the bag. Still, you should be careful always have a well-planned exit strategy from your bag, or wherever.

"warmer then you might expect"  10/17/07

I bought this bag as a lightweight compressible sleeping bag for backpacking. its Great, the down is velvety soft and it compresses to a small size. Its also surprisingly warm. Some evenings dropped below 40, it was still comfortable

"Great service and value"  06/28/06

Just recieved the Bag today, after in inspection, it appears that the quality of the bag is as good as the Moose Jaw service. In a few weeks I will put it to an actual test on Mount Mitchell in NC.And by the way thanks for the favorable evaluation of my hair, it has restored my self esteem after my barber ask for an additional finders fee this morning.
