"Great product!" 02/04/12
This pot is the perfect size for anything and everything I have needed it for. It is intended for the MSR stoves, but I have also used it on top of my Jetboil without any problems. In fact, all of my Jetboil components except the fuel canister fit inside of it. I pack it in this way sometimes. The pot is very light and well designed. I really like the handle. It doesn't make a huge difference on the stove, but makes a world of difference on a campfire!
"Great Pot for long trips" 09/20/09
I got this pot just in time to go on a backpacking trip. It weighs so little and the locking lid makes it great for protecting fragile stuff. The pot conducts very well and had me eating in no time. I love gear that is versatile and has multiple uses. This pot is PERFECT for the whisperlite stove from MSR.
"Best pot out there for the price!" 03/26/08
This pot is a solo backpackers best friend. It's not the lightest pot out there, but for the price it's perfect, and the locking lid is awesome for storing the little stuff I want protected in my pack during the day. The handle stays cool no matter how long the pot is on too which is way more convenient than using a separate pot-holder. This 750ml was the perfect size for one person, I did everything from boil a cup of water for coffee in the morning to cook a whole box of mac&cheese, but it is small enough to store away anywhere in your pack!
"bomb-proof!" 12/12/07
Great pot, lid closes and locks with a super tight seal. Handle is a great feature, eliminates having to bring along a pot grabber. Everyone knows stainless is heavy, but ill sacrifice a little weight for price and durability any day. The 775ml is the perfect size for personal use. It is a great mix of being compact enough to just use for boiling water in, and being large enough to cook in.

i usually buy 2-pot 1-pan mess kits, but recently noticed i never used the pan, and the pots could hold more food then i could. when i saw a 475 ml msr stowaway pot at one camping goods store i thought "neat! but thats too little". then i saw a 1.1 liter msr stowaway pot and thought "awesome! but thats too much". i was heartbroken. untill walking into moosejaw and seeing a 775 ml msr stowaway pot. upon its discovery i danced a dance of awe and great respect for the moosejaw gods had smiled upon me that day and taken pity on my plight. any pot in the msr stowaway series is a must have for those who know exactly what they need to feed themselves. its great for solo backpacking, or you c

These pots are great. The closing latching lid is great because it provides a protective place for my stove and fuel. Plus, the pot is really shiny. Not as light as other metals, but then again, it's not other metals, is it?
