"great camping skillet"  06/14/11

I've had mine for a few years. its help up well. has good heat distribution. as with all MSR products I've owned, I really dont think you can go wrong with it.

"Good little pan..."  03/07/11

Bought this pan on sale, needed a non-stick for those car camping days and was tired of my eggs sticking to the pan. Works like it should, don't know how long it will last but it was inexpensive. Good pan.

"Light and easy to clean"  06/26/10

This skillet is very light and easy to maintain. Used it four times on surftrips on the beach. I did buy the titanium cookset that goes with it but is not that happy with the way they integrate the different parts. I think trangia has a better setup with their products, however Msr does provide a lighter setup. All in all a good product, and the handle detaches, which is great.

"Holds and cooks stuff but is to thin not to watch things cooking in it like a hawk"  11/02/09

Matched it to one of the sets and it packs away in to it great. Easy to clean, great stable handle. However it is to thin and heats veriably and quickly. I don't enjoy cooking with it. With our trips being mostly driving/boating I actually take a full size frying pan. I wouldn't recommend this to my brother.

"its okay but look for something a little better..."  07/31/09

I have been an avid backpacker and fan of MSR for the last 15 years and had my alpine cookset, wisperlite and wisperlite international, for about as long. This skillet isnt holding up near as well. I have only used it a couple of times and already the skillet is buckling up in the center from heat, and the coating is coming off. The skillet isnt designed very well and is hard to use spatula. Food is already sticking to it after one use! Not impressed at all. I would suggest at looking for something better cause I am!
