"Great for hauling water" |
10/25/09 |
| Use these a lot when we have to pump our own water on longer camping/backpacking trips. Works well, only downside is they are somewhat awkward to lash onto your pack. Purchased these since they are indestructible and are compatible with our MSR water filter. | |

"if you want an impossible to break water bag, then this is for you." |
10/18/09 |
| i bought this about 2 years ago and have used it ever since on my backpacking trips. the cordura fabric is impossible to rip and the grommets and webbing system makes it very easy to hang upside down from wherever you want. the only tricky thing about this is that it is awkward to fill a camelback with it. but that just takes being careful. other than that this product is perfect. | |

"Wonderful Bladder!" |
05/12/09 |
| This is a versatile bag. I bought the 6L bag and it works great for camp water storage. I just hang it from a tree and the spout works good for filling my pot. Now all I need is the 2L for backpacking trips! | |

"Nice for group camping." |
03/14/09 |
| I bought this for camping w/ several people. Using the bladder, one guy can make a run to the water w/ a filter, and not have to bring a pile of bottles and bladders. The threads are like a Nalgene, so the filters all fit it just fine. I have the 4 liter one, which is fine. It will run the shower adapter for almost exactly 2 minutes. It also rolls up fairly small when empty. While I noticed no taste from it in normal use, we emptied it fairly quickly. When it was left full for a few hours, the water started to taste like plastic. | |

"MSR Dromedary Bag makes easy carrying of extra water." |
11/21/08 |
| This bag is built to last, like everything else that MSR makes. Solid construction and well adapted features allow for easy use. The seams are super tough, making sure your precious water does not leak out accidentally. Definitely recommend this for hikers, camper, or anyone who needs to take water with them. | |

"Great workmanship! Can't wait to try it." |

| Just got it haven't had a chance to use it yet. Read other reviews, everyone seems to think this is it! Very simple construction. Seems very well made, very happy with the quality so far. Can't wait to try it. Only reason I didn't choose Love it! is because I haven't tired it. | |

"Better than a camel" |
04/10/08 |
| Great way to carry water. Easy to jam in a pack or tie to the outside. Very durable grommets make carrying easy. Doubles as a pillow, seat, ballast, football, you name it. The best thing about it-it doesn't make the water taste like plastic when it gets hot in the sun. The option for three opening sizes is great for conserving water. | |

"Durable, useful, indispensable. Water is good. Get a new spigot." |
03/07/08 |
| Real sturdy bag. I've wrapped a fleece around it and used it for a great pillow, make a decent camp seat too, and it's an easy way to balance out pack load... oh yeah, you can carry water in it too, that's pretty useful. It's real sturdy, but just be sure you get the spigot for it because the standard one is pretty weak. With the spigot you're good to go and I can't see how you'd possibly have a complaint. The straps around the outside are useful too for holding it up as your pour it or attaching it to something, or whatever you need to do. Hang it from a tree branch and wash your hands, or hang it above your buddy's head while he sleeps and open the spigot a tiny bit for Chinese water | |

"durable space saver" |
03/05/08 |
| great for compressible storage. it sucks to backpack with bottles that take up just as much space empty as they do full. this bag takes care of that problem. | |

"One Tough Guaranteed to Never Leak Bag!" |
12/01/07 |
| I took the 6 liter bag with me on my AT section hike and used it with my Katadyn Vario filter. The Vario screwed right on to the Drom Bag and in just minutes had enough filtered water for two of us to share. Really minimized the number of trips down to the water source each time we stopped. Strapped it right on to the back of my pack while I was walking or you can roll it up for inside storage. This is one tough bag. it will take a lot of abuse and NEVER leak. | |

"Tough, Versatile and won't mess with taste" |
10/22/07 |
| Toughest water bag I've had. Tried a couple of other notable brands and got tired of patches and lack of versatility. This bag is easy to clean, won't mess with taste and will last you a long time. | |
