I loved this kitchen set because of it's very compact size when rolled up (has a very secure hook/loop closure system that doesn't seem prone to breakage). It takes up very little room in the pack and rolls up to a very small cylindrical footprint. I took out some of the tools to make it even more compact. The only drawback is the cutting board. Once it has been rolled up tightly and packed, it retains the curve and it hard to flatten out. The more-expensive MSR kitchen set has a better cutting board that doesn't roll up. You could store it separately but it does lend some structure to your pouch when it is rolled up with the cutting board so there is a trade-off. For the money, though, you can make due.
