Liberty Mountain Dynaflex Power Ball

The Dynaflex Power Ball by Liberty Mountain is the ultimate in engineering design work featuring the same user friendly features and incorporating an on-board generator. By activating the gyro, a dynamism (motion) is created which will activate the LED lights located in the interior of the gyro. The faster the unit runs, the brighter the lights will be until the whole hand is engulfed in a bright glow. The Powerball also features a balanced rotor and removable top cap, which will allow insertion of the optional digital speed meter.

I've had wrist pain so often from falling on my wrist, weight lifting and climbing stuff that it literally never heals in time before I injure it again. Personally I'd go for this because out of any other wrist exercises, this one helped the MOST. It lowered my recovery time a ton so when I climb or lift again I hardly felt any pain. This is a great rehab device and I love it!

"Fun Toy, Questionable Training Device..." 12/11/10

As a rock climber, I bought this for a little forearm workout. No matter how fast I get this thing going, it won't deliver much of a pump, but it does seem to be decent at working the antagonist muscle groups, which should help to prevent injury for climbers. Still, it is fun to use while sitting around watching TV or whatever. Try to find the version without lights and save yourself $15.

This is the best portable grip/wrist strength exercise device I've found, bar none. Bonus points because 3 out of 3 cats and dogs that I play with love the thing, especially in a dark room.

"Getting Swoll!" 04/20/09

My friends and I take this thing on road trips to go skiing, or to Vegas for ultimate tourneys - any time we are in a car for an extended period of time is perfect for getting a massive arm workout. HINT: Don't get a red and a blue one and have them going on the road at night... people will think you are the policia!
