Strong and light weight. What else can you ask for? Weigh in at 13 oz. I'm nearly 200 lbs and I can put full weight on a single pole with zero problems. Great overall design. I give it 4 out of 5 only because of the price.

"Can be a real savior." 		          06/17/08
These are what I used to stumble around on while I had an infection in my eye, and could barely see and needed to walk out to see a doctor. I've had friends with knee problems who used them as well. Not everyone in an expedition needs them, but I'd say that you want at least 3 in a group of 10-12, and they'll gratefully used.
