WARMEST BOOT EVER...for a PAC bootOWNED a pair for going on 9 years.
Several times I had these boots up by Hudson Bay in December for caribou hunts. Temp at -40 wind coming across the Bay at 20mph. VERY COLD
Thanks to the Iceman boots though it was not only tolerable but actually comfortable. 4 hours out in those conditions, stationary, not moving because the animals were going through the forests not across the ice.
YES, they are heavier than dancing slippers and the ultralight boots they now have but those will not keep you warm in extreme conditions.
They are in fact so warm I only wear them for extreme conditions. They are too warm for above zero if you are walking, but if you are a stand hunter or ice fisherman, you have found your Nirvana.
You will throw your Mickey Mouse boots away.
ANYWAY, you get cold in them you need to find a warmer climate to live in.
Would I recommend these to people... a RESOUNDING HECK YES.
