The La Sportiva Men's Electron Shoe. The training version of the Quantum with a more protective upper but the same amazing MorphDynamic technology midsole / outsole system designed to give you amazing agility on technical terrain.

DECENT FEATURES of the La Sportiva Men's Electron

A Slip lasted upper built on an ergonomic last provides a svelte, form fitting, glove like fit that is super responsive
Microfiber upper protects the foot and conforms to any foot shape for a comfortable fit
PU and EVA midsole work in tandem to absorb the trail features and provide the plushest ride on the market
Soft PU deforms upon impact to dissipate impact forces before they are further absorbed in the EVA layer

"Comfortable, supportive and great midsole" 04/18/13

Though I wish Sportiva would export the Goretex version, these have the best midsole and outersole in the business. Great in all conditions, though a bit bright for the city!

"La Sportiva" 03/30/13

This is my third pair of Sportiva's and I LOVE THEM. Very light and bearthable. nice traction on uneven terrain. VERY durable. I still have my first pair. They are in gtreat shape but I couldn't pass up the batgain on these

Just got these on super sale, wearing them around is super comfortable, and theyre very light. Great cushion and they make your smarter too. I made that last part up, or did I?

"Would have been worth full price!!" 03/07/13

I got these yesterday and took them on a 2.5 mile desert run in southern Nevada. These shoes are awesome. I was a little worried ordering online but getting them for a third of their list price was too good to pass up. The were comfortable through my entire run and I look forward to taking them on longer runs. These might be the shoe I wear when I run my Tough Mudder. They look just like the picture and are very light. Great shoe and true to size. I am a 9.5 and the 42.5 fit like a glove.

"love them and get complements on the style" 08/15/12

These shoes not only look awesome, they're pretty awesome in function too! I've used them on sundry surfaces for running (trail, road, grass) and they've proven sturdy with decent grip. The design of the shoe makes you look like you're going really fast (even when you're really not) so you can impress the ladies!

"Holds up to the La Sportiva name!" 04/21/12

These are my go-to pair of shoes for any adventures I'm going after! While in Wyoming for Spring Break, I wore these while off the slopes and the grip on these shoes are SICK! I was pretty much the guy running after the shuttle in the slushly/iced paved roads while my friends were way behind trying to keep from falling. They're one of the most comfortable shoes to walk in casually as well. Oddly enough, I normally sweat profusely in my shoes, but these have always seem to cool my feet off somehow, or maybe it's the socks...? Anyways, I'd totally recommend the Electron's! If not, a La Sportiva shoe with the similar tread. It's so unique!

"Believe it or not I'm walking on air....never thought I could feel so free..." 09/07/11

These shoes are uber comfortable. I have to admit I made a shoe salesman work very hard to make sure that I got the right size in a store before ordering these from the Moose. They are like clouds for your feet. I just got them so I am interested to see how they hold up over time. These are just initial reactions but I run 5k's on trails, so these are going to work out great.
