Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Go Wrong with the Gunnison 2.1 I've owned this tent for going on 5 years and have very few qualms with this tent. For starters, in case you were unaware, the tent has won Backpacker magazine's "Best All-Around" tent..which is a big award for such a well-priced tent! ,,,,I've spent many nights in the tent and even after all those nights, the only problem I've had with the tent is that it can be a tight fit with two larg"ish" dudes sharing the tent. It does also sit low to the ground, so sitting up can be a problem.,,,,It is a superior tent for the price range, doesn't condensate, good ventilation, fast setup..just, like Backpacker magazine said, an "all-around" great tent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 3-season tent This tent is easy to put up in the dark. Love the color coded clips and only two poles. Seems fairly stable but haven't really tested it in high winds. We haven't had any problems not staking it down if there isn't much wind . Also, love the fastix buckle rain fly. Has two doors so no crawling over tent mate to get out in the middle of the night to go the bathroom. I think it might be a tad breezy for winter camping, but in 3 seasons, it is great. Plenty of ventilation for rainy weather, too. The rain fly comes down nice and low so I think it would stay nice & dry around the edges. I think it's a little heavy & bulky for backpacking but we used it for car camping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value for the money The Gunnison is easy to set up, even when your tent mate is nowhere to be found. I routinely set this up solo and do not have any trouble. I’ve used this as a 4-season tent, but don’t recommend it as it has too much mesh and gets cold. Terrific for multiday trips! The fly vents, keep a nice flow of air on humid rain nights, and the two doors and vestibules let tent mates have some “private space”. Took this tent to Philmont and it was perfect for the trip. I would buy this one again, and have recommended it to many folks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Awesome, Small Vestibule Went winter camping, woke up with 4in of snow on tent. Pretty solid, super fast setup, great quality. More of a 3 season, not much insulation when 0 degrees. Tried to put backpack in the vesitbule, but it is too low to the ground. I had to sleep with my equipment, lots of room for 1 person with equipment. Small vestibule is the only drawback, no ventilation problems

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great tent. especially for the money. I have been very pleased with this tent. The fly stakes down in a manner that makes it preaty stout in winds. I cannot speak for the durability as i have only used it six times but it seems to be made very well. Keep in mind that this tents size is rather large in comparison to other two person tents. The weight is pretty low considering the size. Good tent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Tent! This tent is amazing for what you pay for it... I have never had any problems. The vestibule is perfect for gear and preparing for the day. Never had any issues with water or bugs getting inside.
