My son wore these while hiking in the Israeli Dessert during the hottest summer on record for the past few years. His feet did not explode.

"Very comfy socks considering how thin they are." 04/23/08

These socks are shaped specifically for left or right foot unless your pinky toe is as large as your big toe. Each sock is marked with either an R or L in a little yellow triangle near the big toe this makes it very easy to figure out which sock is which early in the morning when the room is dark, and you don't want to turn on the lights and disturb your significant other.
