I'm heading to Banff next weekend and really like these boots. Temps are going to be around 0 and negatives at night. Will these boots be a good purchase for a day of snowmobiling along with walking excursions throughout the area?

Hiya Keyman13, thanks for your question! This boot has 200 grams of insulation, which is roughly equivalent to a pair of thick wool socks added to your shoe. This boot would be fine for high activity levels. For very cold temperatures and low activiy levels, you might want to select a boot with 400 grams, like the Timberland Men's Chillberg Premium Waterproof Insulated Boot. http://www.moosejaw.com/moosejaw/shop/product_Timberland-Men-s-Chillberg-Premium-Waterproof-Insulated-Boot_10227058_10208_10000001_-1_
Hope this helps!

I generally wear a size 10.5. Does this boot run small or larger - since there are no 1/2 sizes?

Thanks for the question! Kamik boots run a little narrow, and a little short. I would go with a size 11. Hope this helps!
