The lenses are so awesome, you could use them for anything short of welding. They offer incredible light attenuation and clarity so great you'll never take them off, and they'll sure keep the action out of your eyes while running, on a bike trail, or down the slopes. The frames are so beefy, I don't see anything short of a bear slap to the face leaving a scratch on them. The rubber grippies on the frames really hold the glasses to your sweaty, grimy face so you'll have the confidence to know they're not gonna fly off for anything short of a perfect 10.
