This thing is good. But it could be better. If you use finely ground beans it makes a hell of a mess. The coarser the grind the better it works. I'm quite happy to put up with the messing around cleaning up to have a real cup of coffee in the morning!

"Works Great, Stores less the Perfect in Cup" 05/06/11

One great thing about the Jetboil is that it packs into itself. the Coffee Press can also it into the cup, but it gets things pretty tight. Its not a major deal though, it beats having to drink instant coffee. I'd buy it again if I needed too.

I have a jet boil and I love coffee...Once I saw this product, I knew that I would be content for the rest of my life. The Jetboil Coffee Press works perfectly!

This coffee press is great because it stores away within the jetboil pcs. It works well and is extremely handy. I highly recommend.

"It works, but there are smaller less bulky options" 11/30/10

Nothing against Jetboil, but since Starbucks invented VIA Instant Coffee, I no longer have a need to pack this and coffee. The VIA packets for several days fit inside my Flash whereas ground coffee would not. And forget about cleanup, the VIA completely disolves!

Awesome coffee press...and the best part is the few coffee grounds that are left in your cup...gives it that extra flavor and perk ya' need on a bitter Alaska morning

"Great for packing light but bring real press if you're car camping." 10/05/10

I was psyched about this press when i got it, but after a couple uses i was slightly disappointed. The edges don't make a great seal against the walls of the jetboil so some of the grounds make it into the coffee. It's still a good product and it all fits in the jetboil, but it's not my first choice.

"So easy a non coffee drinker could make it work." 06/25/10

This actually got used on a recent rafting trip to make coffee for about 10 different picky coffee drinkers that each wanted a different kind of coffee, and it worked great for all of them. I will agree with a previous reviewer that said pressing twice was the way to go. Stores right inside the Jetboil Flash cup, so the added tiny amount of weight just the system that much more useful. I don't drink the stuff, but I got this for the folks that do... everyone is a hero when they're holding hot coffee.

"Good cup of coffee, but also more mess" 12/15/09

The Jetboil Coffee Press makes a good cup of coffee in the morning, but it also makes a mess. I've used it on several trips, but as of late, I've switched to the Starbucks VIA, as it is lighter, takes up less space, and is easier to clean up after.

"A nice way to start the day" 11/18/09

I have hauled this thing up a multipitch climb just to enjoy a brew at the top. It works well and packs into the Jetboil PCS neatly, but you do tend to get a little grit in the bottom of the coffee if your not careful.

"Getting jetboil just for this accessory." 08/03/09

Seriously, I might have to get the Jetboil just for this brilliant design. The coffee tasted great. I recommend pressing the coffee twice, to reduce cleaning time.
