The Icebreaker Men's Tech Top is a long sleeve midweight base layer for enjoying the outdoors in the cold. The Tech Top has a zip neck collar to regulate temperature when you're snowshoeing along the trail. Pull the zip all the way up to warm your neck, or lower it down when the sweat starts pouring. As the heat increase, the 100% merino wool wicks the moisture away from your skin, keeping you cooler, while simultaneously warming you from the cold snow. The thumb loops warm your hands while also keeping sleeves in place while pulling another layer over top. Best of all, odor resistant, so you can wear it again and again and the slumbering bears won't even notice you trekked on by.

ICEBREAKER MEASUREMENT GUIDE and FIT INFO
• Please note that all the info provided refers to body measurements, and NOT the dimensions of the garment.
• If your body measurements are midway between two sizes, go to the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
• If your body measurements result in different sizes, Icebreaker recommends using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.
HOW TO MEASURE:
Chest - Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist - Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, which is the narrowest point on your torso.
Hips - Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.
FIT INFO AND DETAILS:
Slim Fit - A snug, close-to-the-body fit for low-bulk layering.
Regular Fit - A fit that is neither snug nor loose. Garments with this fit can be worn solo or over other layers.
Relaxed Fit - Loose-fitting lightweight layers. Ideal for more casual use.
* You can find the fit info for Icebreaker styles in the product description features and specifications.

Freakin' Sweet !Like everything I have purchased from Icebreaker, the 260 Zip is an impressive garment. I use these shirts mainly for aerobic activities such as cycle spinning, step class, and most of all - cycling/touring. The wool doesn't develop stench nor itch. The quality is unsurpassed. I even wear these shirts casually. Being in Grand Forks (and Spoons), North Dakota, these shirts help keep the soul nice warm, especially when the temperatures hit -65 F.,,,,My only complaint is the actual size of the garment. I am 5' 9" (~ 180 lbs) and I choose to wear the 2XXL because of the torso length. The sleeves tend to be quite long as a result. I wish there was a XL-long option. I like me shirts long & baggy.

Good fitting and comfortableYou don't have to worry about this shirt not fitting you without having tried it on. I normally wear a Large, and the Large fits me perfectly. I have just gotten it and haven't had time to get it drenched in sweat, but thus far it is very comfortable, no tag on the neck to scratch you, nice and soft. I would like to emphasize that this is a "base layer" and will not keep you very warm on a cold day by itself. The wind cuts right through it, so it is good for when you are being physically active in the cold, but not for just hanging out unless you are in the sun and its only just "cool" outside.

Awesome!I love this product from Icebreaker. I have several of their other products, all really good, but this is my favorite. I have it in 2 colors, a light grey and a dark grey. I have had one for several months and liked it so much I purchased another. They are comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. I wear them at leisure and for exercise. Unlike synthetics they don't hold odors, so they can go a while without washing. ( I have 2 so I always have one clean) I like them better than my cotton T's because when wet and sweaty they still function to keep me warm.

Best top I have ever worn!I'm actually wearing it right now as I write this review. This thing is the best. The zip-up turtle neck does wonders for when the wind is blowing or you need that little bit of extra warmth. The thumbholes are AWESOME for layering other things. This thing NEVER smells and is the warmest piece of clothing I own. Also, climbing in this is a breeze - I can work on a hard V4-V5 and still be completely dry due to the wicking effect this has.

Evertyhing you want but....I love icebreaker. I own several garments that are awesome. This has everything you love about icebreaker. Comfortable, warm, can wear it forever before my wife tells me I'm disgusting but it's too short in the body. I think I'm proportioned normally. Wearing a pack it consistently rides up. Running a chainsaw it leaves my lower back exposed. That sucks. Try a different style if you'll if you'll be wearing a pack or bending over.

lovin' the icebreakerThis is an absolutely brilliant midlayer. It's warm but breathable, and the fit is perfect. I'm 6'4, 190 lbs, 42 chest, and I always have trouble with fit--I either end up swimming in an XL or wearing an L with sleeves just below my elbows. Icebreaker cuts its shirts just for me. Even the three-way zip neck fits, and it's great for temp management. This is my favorite layering piece for cool to cold weather.

great midweight base layerThis item is incredibly efficient. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, pull moisture off your body, dry quickly, keep you warm, and repel odors. Keep in mind it will not dry as fast as a comparable synthetic base layer; but it won't become permafunked either. It mildly itches before the first watch but that goes away. Fit is true to size and thumb holes are useful.

Best long sleeve shirt I ownVery soft, keeps you warm when it is cool, but does not ever overheat. Used it sport climbing in the shade of a canyon with it ziped up and then hiked out in the sun with it unzipped. Perfect except for he first time ever, I worry about damaging my shirt, not becasue it is weak but because you have to be crazy to pay the expensive full price of Ice breakers.
