The Icebreaker Men's Tech Top is a long sleeve midweight base layer for enjoying the outdoors in the cold. The Tech Top has a zip neck collar to regulate temperature when you're snowshoeing along the trail. Pull the zip all the way up to warm your neck, or lower it down when the sweat starts pouring. As the heat increase, the 100% merino wool wicks the moisture away from your skin, keeping you cooler, while simultaneously warming you from the cold snow. The thumb loops warm your hands while also keeping sleeves in place while pulling another layer over top. Best of all, odor resistant, so you can wear it again and again and the slumbering bears won't even notice you trekked on by.

FEATURES of the Icebreaker Men's Tech Top

  • Zip neck collar
  • Raglan sleeves
  • Fits close to the body
  • Drop-tail hem
  • Icebreaker tonal embroidered logo and pip label

• Please note that all the info provided refers to body measurements, and NOT the dimensions of the garment.

• If your body measurements are midway between two sizes, go to the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

• If your body measurements result in different sizes, Icebreaker recommends using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.

Chest - Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist - Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, which is the narrowest point on your torso.

Hips - Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.

Slim Fit - A snug, close-to-the-body fit for low-bulk layering.

Regular Fit - A fit that is neither snug nor loose. Garments with this fit can be worn solo or over other layers.

Relaxed Fit - Loose-fitting lightweight layers. Ideal for more casual use.

* You can find the fit info for Icebreaker styles in the product description features and specifications.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Freakin' Sweet ! Like everything I have purchased from Icebreaker, the 260 Zip is an impressive garment. I use these shirts mainly for aerobic activities such as cycle spinning, step class, and most of all - cycling/touring. The wool doesn't develop stench nor itch. The quality is unsurpassed. I even wear these shirts casually. Being in Grand Forks (and Spoons), North Dakota, these shirts help keep the soul nice warm, especially when the temperatures hit -65 F.,,,,My only complaint is the actual size of the garment. I am 5' 9" (~ 180 lbs) and I choose to wear the 2XXL because of the torso length. The sleeves tend to be quite long as a result. I wish there was a XL-long option. I like me shirts long & baggy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good fitting and comfortable You don't have to worry about this shirt not fitting you without having tried it on. I normally wear a Large, and the Large fits me perfectly. I have just gotten it and haven't had time to get it drenched in sweat, but thus far it is very comfortable, no tag on the neck to scratch you, nice and soft. I would like to emphasize that this is a "base layer" and will not keep you very warm on a cold day by itself. The wind cuts right through it, so it is good for when you are being physically active in the cold, but not for just hanging out unless you are in the sun and its only just "cool" outside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! I love this product from Icebreaker. I have several of their other products, all really good, but this is my favorite. I have it in 2 colors, a light grey and a dark grey. I have had one for several months and liked it so much I purchased another. They are comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. I wear them at leisure and for exercise. Unlike synthetics they don't hold odors, so they can go a while without washing. ( I have 2 so I always have one clean) I like them better than my cotton T's because when wet and sweaty they still function to keep me warm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wool is great, but size is a little off. This shirt is very comfortable and the thumbholes are actually very nice. I didn't think I would like these holes, but they prevent the sleeves from riding up when you put your shell over top. This shirt was a little baggy around the waist and armpits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile. I just spent three days on Rainier wearing this shirt and am very impressed. It is quite warm, very comfortable and doesn't stretch out with wearing. Your companions will appreciate that it doesn't hold odors like most other shirts!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you have short arms and really fat hands, buy it. Love Icebreaker stuff, but not this top. Didn't like the thumb-hole sleeves because they are cut too big and baggy, and the material bunches up around your hand. Plus the sleeves are too short.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So awesome that Jesus wears one. I run in it, play in it, and lounge around in it. Probably the best Icebreaker item I own. I long for cool weather just so I can wear this.
