ICEBREAKER MEASUREMENT GUIDE and FIT INFO
• Please note that all the info provided refers to body measurements, and NOT the dimensions of the garment.
• If your body measurements are midway between two sizes, go to the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
• If your body measurements result in different sizes, Icebreaker recommends using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.
HOW TO MEASURE:
Chest - Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist - Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, which is the narrowest point on your torso.
Hips - Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.
FIT INFO AND DETAILS:
Slim Fit - A snug, close-to-the-body fit for low-bulk layering.
Regular Fit - A fit that is neither snug nor loose. Garments with this fit can be worn solo or over other layers.
Relaxed Fit - Loose-fitting lightweight layers. Ideal for more casual use.
* You can find the fit info for Icebreaker styles in the product description features and specifications.

Long arms, beware!I'm the lanky type with exceptionally long arms in proportion to my torso diameter. I loathe buying shirts online because they are, inevitably, either too short in the arms or baggy around the middle - but I've been pleasantly surprised by Icebreaker in the past, so I rolled the dice. This time I lost. Without the thumb holes, an elastic cuff, or a little extra length, these sleeves are DRAFTY.,,Aside from that and a stiff zipper that billows out slightly when seated, it's fantastic. Warm, well built, great fit on the torso, and killer looks. If you have more proportionate measurements, you would probably love it.

If you go out when it's really cold, this needs to be your mid layerThe warmest-ever mid layer from Icebreaker, the innovative Legend features highly insulating quilting between 2 layers of merino wool and is perfect for skiing or hiking.,,,,So they say. On a thirty degree day when the wind is calm, it's fine by itself, but I wouldn't use it for anything too aerobic like running. Icebreaker sells lighter mid weights for that. On a ten below morning with a howling wind, under a good shell, you would never know it was cold outside. Except when your face told you, or your friends said you were crazy to be out.,,,,The quilted area only covers the core front and back; the shoulders, arms, and sides are a single heavy layer for regulating the heat. ,,,,And it is really good looking, something you wouldn't mind wearing in good company on a colder day.

Super warm and comfortableI have a similar 320g RealFleece sweater from Icebreaker that I have worn a lot over the last 3 years. The Legend is cut somewhat larger all around, and is just a bit longer. The cut works perfectly for me. I am 5'10" and 175 lbs, 33" waist and wear a M. The extra layer of 200g wool quilted front and back looks and feels great, and makes the sweater super warm. Kind of cuddly but not at all bulky. The black color and Icebreaker's fantastic merino wool are finished so well I wear it most days at work.

Warmest Sweater EverReached the summit of a 21476ft tall mountain at -25 degree windchill and wore nothing but a 195gm merino baselayer, this, and a 20$ windbreaker, and was toasty as can be.
