Lightweight and no sloshing.I bought these as a more durable option for a soft flask. Hydrapak also makes soft flasks for Ultimate Direction and Salomon. Those models are lighter but sacrifice durability. If you hold one of these in comparison to the UD and Salomon ones, you will notice a big difference. The bottles collapse in on them self as you drink, so you don't get irritating sloshing. This is my second Hydrapak flask. I recently returned my first one because the bite valve broke. This was my own fault. I was using it during a race and being a little too aggressive. Still, I would want it to be more durable. With the proper care and use, these should last a long time. I would always buy these over the UD and Salomon versions.

This thing is legitIt's tougher than it'd appear, I have no concerns about haphazardly stuffing it in my pack, then collapses down and all the things clipped on the outside of my pack (hammock) get to live inside the pack for the rest of the day (clutch if it begins to rain). I highly recommend this for anyone looking to save space in an obviously-common-sense way,.

Worked really well.Read user reviews on running websites for tips on how to make gels work easier. I added an ounce of water to the gel and it worked great. This bottle is apparently much more durable than it feels. I squeezed pretty hard and it held up.
