You can put any thing in this pack!Except bricks, rocks, and etc. they should have put another pocket underneath the lid, but i can do without one i guess. The lts keeps your back nice and sweat free. Its a great pack!!
I have been using this pack for over 6 months and love it! It can carry a lot of gear for a smaller pack. See my video review for much more info on this pack:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KVw-UoBv9E
This pack has me covered for 4 days solo when it's warm. Carry 45lbs without a problem - the weight disappears! Just took this pack to Kilimanjaro and it performed flawlessly. I'm 6'2" 175lbs and the medium fits great from the start - and even better once you adjust all the straps. Belt pockets come handy for snacks and tools.
This pack fits really great if you take the time to adjust everything to your body's shape. I've taken it out for 3 days and 2 nights with no problem and could probably do 4 nights 5 days in the summer.
