Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pack for weekend trips and climbing excursions! This pack was forged in the mountainous region of the Rockies by fifth degree super ninja climbers. It will haul your entire trad rack, climbing gear, rain shield, two silo nalgenes, and a flask of Crown while you scale mountain ranges, slide down glaciers, and pick up a bevy of beautiful women. Even though we are real, hairy men, it has super comfortable lumbar support and shoulder straps that won't irritate your bulging shoulder or lower back muscles that the ladies love to lick chocolate pudding off of. The external pocket is big enough to fit your blood stained helmet from being a bad ass all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome day/overnight pack! I love this pack! I use it primary for a day/overnight pack. It has numorious pockets for organization and the hip belt pockets are great for snacks, etc.. I usually don't exceed more than 25 lbs. with it, but up to that weight the pack is extremely comfortable and very well ventilated. The pack is on, what I would consider the small side of the overnight category but it can be done with the right equipment. I can carry everything I need in it for a overnight trip (including food and water) but I'm using space conscious items like: hammock system, jetboil, neo air mattress, compressed sleeping, etc. I would recommand this pack to anyone if it's within their volume range. Simply a great pack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect light hiking pack! It took me about a week to decide between the Deuter Futura 32 and the Gregory Z30, and eventhough I chose the Deuter I think the Gregory deserves equal praise. I chose the Futura's ease of access and simple storage options over the Gregory's compartmentalized design but I based that purely on personal preference and the expectation I'll be using the pack as a travel bag in addition to a hiking daypack. The Gregory is probably better suited purely for hiking, with its capacity divided up and its cool outside pocket. Its suspension system is great plus it's lighter than the Deuter. The gray color (with red accents) looks great to boot - it's not every day you get to choose a pack color that you really love..,,,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit. I use this primarily for day hikes, carrying about 15lbs worth of gear. I appreciate the back airflow system but at the same time this means there's a convex bow to the internal dimensions. At first I thought it'd be an issue to pack things to fit around that bow but after a couple of uses, realized it didn't matter. The waist belt pockets are on the small side as I can barely fit my pro bars in there. I've tried other packs and this simply fit the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little daypack This pack is very comfortable. I have read that some people don't like the lumbar support. I loved it. I had around 25 lbs in this pack going up Mt. Fuji and it was hard to tell I was even wearing it. If you use Gregory you know they are great products, so I will tell you a few things I think could be improved. First, the rainfly is a little large, so if you are caught in strong winds and heavy rain, the cover will collect water in the bottom of it. There are no drain holes. Next, I don't know what the material is on the buckles is, but is feels kind of brittle and I recently broke one while tightening one of the lower compression straps. I was barely pulling on it, so be extra careful with these. Also, while this is a day pack, I tried to fit a sleeping bag and you can, but nothing else will fit. The bag has a curve to it so the width is kind of narrow. This is a really comfortable pack and I use it a lot.
