The Gregory Z 65 Pack is a vented backpack for a week in the backcountry. The large capacity is ready for loading, just open up the u-shaped zipper and pile in your sleeping bag, stove and food, extra layers and tent. The front zippered pocket secures rain gear and other quick-access items while the removable top pocket features zippered pockets for small items like your compass and headlamp. The CrossFlo not only keeps you cool as you hike deep into the summer heat, but tensions as weight is added to the pack. A hidden raincover keeps your gear dry in the rain and stows in it's own zippered compartment when not in use. A lighter weight pack that can handle heavy duty gear.

Great bag, epic Gregory customer serviceI had this bag for years ... it's the best combination of features and weight available - try to go to less than and you start losing pockets, a lid, etc. But what really set this company apart was the service that I got when a zipper repair on my five year old bag was messed up under warranty. No hassle total replacement, a shipping intercept when I ordered the wrong color ... great folks who understand a commitment to their customers

Great 2-3 day pack. Lightweight, sturdy, comfortable.Having researched tons of packs, I finally settled on the Z 65. It is very lightweight but can hold up to 40 lbs without being uncomfortable. Bonus feature is the included rain cover, which saves you a few bucks. ,,,,Only negative with the pack is the fairly small pockets on the waist belt. With phones getting bigger and bigger, my HTC One barely fit, and it's an average sized phone.,,
