| Excellent Pack! If you tend to be a gear head like myself and you have lots of stuff to bring on your multi day hikes, you can't go wrong with this pack! The suspension and hip belt are great! | |

| Incredible Pack!!! This pack was a recommendation by the Moosejaw staff. When I first tried on, I thought it was a bit too rigid a pack. But once it broke in, it is an absolutely amazing pack...trekked up and down the Mexico Pacific coast and had plenty of room for everything including souvenirs...hardly even knew the pack was there... | |

"Simple + Tough + Smart = Worth the" |

| I originally wanted an Osprey but Moosejaw screwed that up they made things right in the end but I'm glad they did 'cause I ended up with this bag and love it. I lived out of this bag for a month in Costa Rica and while camping in cloud forests, on the top of dormant volcanoes, and on beaches in the most biologically intense place on the planet this bag took the beatings and kept my stuff dry. The other two people I was with had Keltys and they were terrible. I ended up carrying the extra gear the Keltys couldn't. Its simplicity & toughness is what I like most about this bag. My favorite feature is how the top complartment turns into a fanny pack that I just threw over my shoulders like | |

"A great pack!!" |

| I have had three different packs prior to getting a Gregory, and the Lassen is by far the best one I have had. It is perfect for the traveler (like myself) or the hiker. | |

| tired of sagging foamy-ish hip belts? i was. lets face it, stopping every half mile to, "ugh", rehoist the pack and retighten the hip belt you have already tightened 15 times today gets old. don't worry, this pack was fitted by a 'pro'...but it's ok. i sold it, made a profit, and bought this instead.

no such problems with this bag. a plastic reinforced hip belt? genius! rides very nice on the hips, an excellent fitting pack. slanted water bottle holder for on the run hydration, ventilated padding for less stinking, sleeping bag compartment, side access, detachable top for dayhikes, blah blah blah.

great features. buy it from moosejaw! | |

"Good Pack at a good price" |

| Great Pack, perfect for 4-7 day trips. Enough room for sleeping bag, bear canister, clothes and extras. The plastic hip belt works well, doesn't sag or wear out and start riding down. The water bottle holders on the side are sometimes a pain, since the bottle can slide out if you bend over to tie a shoe. | |
