The Stuffball by Granite Gear asks if you have the balls for some backcountry games! These ultralight cordura balls with water-resistant YKK zippers are fun camp toys and useful stuff bags all in one. When stuffed with any soft object (shirt, socks, bandanas, etc.) they become a great campsite diversion. Use it for stickball, hacky, catch, dodgeball, 500, or make up your own trail game. Stuffballs are also great for slinging bear ropes over high tree limbs. Specs: Weight: .8 oz Volume: 25 cu in.

Bought this mostly on impulse. Brought it with us on a recent backpacking trip. My wife and friend thought is was kind of silly until we started tossing it around. Nothing complicated here, it's a ball, but it's also a lot of fun just hanging out in camp tossing it around. We even played a little stickball using a trekking pole for a bat. Played a little hackysack with it, etc. It has earned a place in my lightweight backpacking gear it weighs less than an ounce empty. Given its simplicity, it's still well-designed. A padded strap makes it's easy to tie a cord to for tossing over tree branches for hanging a bear bag, but the padded strap also allows you to tuck the zipper pull undern
