The Granite Gear Air Pockets are ultralight pockets are great for safely stowing books, maps field guides, toiletries, etc during your backpacking trips. They can be easily lashed to the side compression straps of your backpack or used as organizers inside.
Please note that the Air Pockets are sole individually! Sorry for yelling about it.

Not like in the pictureThis product is made from siliconized nylon, and not a clear material as shown in the picture. I dislike siliconized nylon because it tears very easily. Also, the zipper is sealed, but it does not close 100% of the way. So if something spilled inside one of these bags, the tapped zipper would not stop anything from leaking out.

Got important papers? Need to keep them dry? This is what ya needI work as a trip guide for kids in Alaska, and every week I need to haul around their medical forms. I definitely could have lived without it, but now that I have it I absolutly love it, and it sure beats the plastic bags that I was using before. Its something that every outdoor professional needs.

Good for odd itemsI took this on a two week sea kayaking trip and used it to keep a journal and few books all together. Those aren't items that really fit well in a kayak without being damaged.

perfectly sizedI use the small for my hammock suspension, tree straps and whoopie slings, with room left over for extra rope.
