I works by mounting it to your wrist, but doesn't have much flexibility! The wrist housing does what it says it does, it allows for a solid mount of the GoPro to your wrist. However, the angle that the camera shoots at is quite akward for most activities. I found myself holding my arm is weird twisting ways to get the shot I wanted. Also, to make the camera stand up rather than lay flat, there is this weird way to using the bungie strap that I had to go online to research because there are no instructions that come with the case/mount. I think if they redesigned this particular mount, it could be one of the most useful in their lot. Instead, we get a fairly weird angle wrist mount that I rarely use because of the strange angle you shoot at. This case could have been done a lot better.
