Great Quality but RoomyBought this in XS (I'm 5'6, 125lbs, B34). I loved the length of the coat and the sleeves (which were on the long side so you can stay warm) but the torso is really roomy--so much so that the jacket literally formed a weird "back pouch" in my mid-lower back instead of hugging my shape. I considered having a seamstress put in darts at the back to provide a more tailored fit but for this price, I'd rather it just fit me right. If you're busty, you might fill this jacket out more at the front and avoid the back hump. The jacket fit me snugly at the hips. The construction and quality are really top notch so I'm pretty disappointed to have to return this.

warm but not bulkyLong sleeve length even for a taller person (I'm 5'10"). Warm but compact, fleece lined pockets give a lot of extra warmth for people like me who don't prefer to wear gloves all the time. The hip is cut on the narrow side. The shoulder/armpit is cut a bit large (but probably helps for people who need the coat to be flexible for activity). Overall a great purchase.

How would this jacket hold up in wet winter weather?

The Greenland Parka is made of G-1000 material, which is 65% polyester, 35% cotton and is not constructed with any waterproofing in mind and will not create any kind of barrier between you and moisture. You can however buy Greenland Wax for this which is made by Fjallraven, which you can then apply to this jacket to waterproof it.
