MOST SATISFYING JACKET PURCHASEI was on the fence on whether or not I need more outdoor jackets, but if you are deciding whether or not you should buy this jacket, don't hesitate! I can see what the rave about Fjallraven is now. This is probably my most favorite jacket out of many that I have. It hasn't rained hard enough to comment on the resistance level without the wax but I'm not too worried about it. I'm 5'11" 195lbs and deciding to get a medium rather than a large and I'm happy with the decision. By itself it fits perfectly with my body with a slim fit feel while also allowing enough room to use my Montbell Thermawrap Pro down jacket underneath. This can easily be used as a year round jacket.

Dear Lord! Finally, a brand that stays true to its roots! This jacket (Fjallraven Greenland No. 1) is just down right incredible. Things that this Jacket can withstand while looking dang good doing it:
1. Sitting on the couch while watching Netflix about a guy/gal going on adventures in the wilderness.
2. Actually go outside because the G-1000 fabric is tightly knitted and no wind gets through.
3. Hikes, logging, camping, and spelunking (Never been, always wanted to but I know this would hold up perfect for it!) at all temperatures as this jacket layers incredibly well!
4. Wrastling a brown bear in the middle of Alaska with the Mountains and coastline perfectly in the back drop.
Oh! Sizing is true. I am 6'1"-6'2" (165-173lbs) with a longer torso and longer arms and the medium nailed it. This jacket is great for the fall, no question there.
