The Five Ten Women's Anasazi LV Shoe. Change is good. We've kept the LV's same top of the pyramid performance features, but given the upper a "make-over." If you feel good, you'll climb better.

"Great shoe! Really helps!" 04/09/13
I ordered these for my gf so this isnt a first-hand review. However, her climbing really progressed the first day she hit the gym with them. They seemed to edge on a dime and really stuck on smears. She ahd been wearing an 8 in rental shoes at the gym and an 8.5 in these fit her perfectly. Also, the rubber around the heel cup makes for very strong heel hooks.
"great climbing shoe" 04/05/13
My wife was recommended this shoe from a guy in the climbing business. She tried on a bunch of shoes but these fit the best and they really improved her climbing. They have a great angle that lets her stand on the smallest rock. She liked them so much that when that pair wore out we ended up buying another set from moosejaw.
"Not Low Volume Enough" 03/23/13
I was told to try these after the women's Muiras came up way too high around the ankle for me. While these are cut lower around the ankle than the Muiras, it was still uncomfortable when angling my foot in several directions.I wear a street size 8.5 (8 in boots and the occassional other shoe). I ordered a size 8 in these based on recommendations from others, but I could not even get my larger foot into the shoe. I exchanged them for a size 9. While I could probably climb in the size 9, they rubbed my toes' knuckles and really hurt when standing up on an edge.
"Bought for girlfriend. She loves them more then me!" 01/23/13
I bought these shoes for my GF and she has told me multiple times now she loves them more than me. I wont hold that against the shoe. she wears a street 8 and i bought her an 8 and they fit her perfect. They are a perfect shoe for high performance climbing for those who don't like the super aggressive downturn. Great smearing. Heel is pretty bomber. really cant think of anything bad to say about this shoe!
"Good shoe, but size was off" 12/05/12
I was really excited to get these shoes in the mail because my current sportivas' rubber have uber poor grip. This was my first pair of 5.10s to try out but had heard good things from reviews and a friend of mine. I ordered a 6 because my last two pair of climbing shoes were both 6's (one pair of acopas and one pair of sportivas). When I got the 5.10s in, they were about an inch smaller than my sportivas size 6. I ordered the 7 and am hoping those will fit well because I am also one of those people who will be swayed by the color of my gear (LOVE the teal). Other than the size difference, I liked everything about the shoe.
"A great back up" 11/29/12
I have owned (the previous model) of this shoe for nearly a year and a half, which is a pretty extraordinary amount of time considering the amount of use they got. At first, I was really happy with the heel and the stickiness of the rubber, but they lost their (literal) edge pretty quickly. While I have yet to break through the toe, I don't trust the edges as much as I used to. Over all, they are pretty durable and comfortable and now make a great second pair of shoes when I upgraded to sportivas.
"Good, comfortable shoe that is actually shaped like normal feet!" 11/27/12
I tried on many different brands of rock climbing shoes (La Sportiva, Scarpa) before I landed on this pair. I had trouble finding a pair that were velcro, but didn't have a cambered last. I am a recreational climber, nothing serious, so finding a comfortable shoe was really important to me. Most importantly, my heels actually fit in the heel cups of these shoes. Most other shoes I tried had really deep heel cups (who has feet shaped like that?). My feet love them. Only downside is that they are a bit narrow and my toes feel a little cramped width wide. I am banking on the fact that rock climbing shoes are known to stretch (mostly width wise from my research).
"My favorite climbing shoes" 06/05/12
I love five-ten--mostly because their shoes are the only ones that fit my feet--really. I am very small and small-boned as well. So I have had Gambits (2 pr--since discontinued) and Anasazi LVs in two color/styles. They support my 5.10 level climbing --I love Stealth rubber --might be able to walk up the Willis Tower..... Only beef with five-ten is their sizing is erratic--I wear Gambits in 6 and bought Anasazis in 6 and it was too small--bought 6.5 and one shoe was too big--bought another pair, and lo!--just right. Be patient--they are worth it.
"Great, sticky shoes" 04/30/12
I am in LOVE with these shoes. Edges well, jams well, smears VERY well. The Stealth C4 soles are super grippy and make me feel like I can stick to any surface. They definitely make me a better, harder climber. My street shoe size is 5.5 and I got the 35. Around my heel and arch they fit like a glove but I have a wide toe box so they are veeery snug in the toe. I thought about going bigger but the bigger sizes still crimped my toes and created dead space in other parts of the shoe. I'm glad I stuck with this one; I just take them off at every belay. It's worth it because they climb like a dream!Get 'em, you won't regret it!!

"No Need To Ever Try On Other Climbing Shoes!" 04/22/12
I have the grey and purple Anasazi LV and have been climbing in them for about a year and absolutely love them. Recently, my boyfriend bought me this pair (teal) as a graduation present and they are even better than the old model that I already have. More arch support, the squishy upper feels like nothing, and they also feel a bit narrower as well which is nice since I feel like my old ones have a little extra, unnecessary room in the toe box. My street shoe is an 8.5-9 and I've gone with a 9 in both my old and new pairs and it's a perfect fit. Quite frankly, I don't think I'll even bother trying on other shoes in the future and just stick with this line from 5.10.
