Not goodI bought the Rogue VCS's looking for a cheap all around shoe that I could use for warm-ups, laps, and volume climbing to save my nicer shoes for the hard stuff. I've been disappointed with them since day one. I obviously was not expecting a high performance shoe, but these have failed to live up to even modest expectations. They are too floppy and rounded to get purchase on smaller footholds.
Perhaps more disappointing though is the quality of the shoe. The velcro detached from one of the straps after only a few weeks, and one of the pull loops also broke. I've heard people from other sports complain that adidas make shoddy gear, and I fear that may be showing up here. I hope not, because I love Five Ten.
The one thing I'll give this shoes is that they're super comfortable.

Great, comfortable shoe. Turns your feet blue! This is my first pair of climbing shoes.,,,,The fit is great.,,I wear a size 13 running shoe, and went with a size 12.,,They are snug, but stay comfortable for hours.,,Fit seems like it has improved over time (stretch?).,,,,These shoes are not super stiff, nor aggresive, but they keep your feet on the wall.,,I have limited experience with different rubbers, but so far have no complaints. I've worn them almost non-stop for the last 2 months at the gym and outdoors. The rubber is showing minimal signs of wear and is plenty sticky for my needs (gym and sandstone climbing).,,,,Negatives:,,They turn your feet very blue. I've had the shoes for 3+ months, and my feet still turn blue after every climbing session. Dedicated scrubbing removes it after 1 or 2 showers.,,If your day job is foot modeling, you may want to look elsewhere.,,,,Overall, happy with the purchase. ,,Great, comfortable, beginner shoe, that definitely won't hold you back.,,

Chef Craig from
Great starter shoe, a step above. Get it?!?This shoe is not super stiff or super aggressive. Great sizing for American feet. They seem to run a little wider and shorter. They are comfortable enough to leave on in the gym between climbs. Just be ready for the blue leather to give you smurf feet for a few days.

Good shoe for the price!Great shoe for rock or wall climbing, the fit is amazing. You should try to fit again after five minutes since your shoe and feet adapt after a while and you will be able to get a better fit.
