Ferraris of 5.10These shoes are spectacular. The aggressive toe and ball-heel allow for artfully dynamic moves on boulders. I attribute a handful of sends to the design and rubber of these shoes. As the other reviewer, Taylor, pointed out, the sizing of these shoes is whack (much smaller than other COs). So, if you have wider feet like us, you might what to try them on in the store before you purchase them. I was aware of the size asymmetry when I bought mine online, and they are still too small. I am a 11.5 in normally, and my Arrowheads are 13.5. Switching gears, the ball-heel 5.10 has designed makes you feel like you are cheating with hooks. When you hook the ball crushes around the angles on the rock providing more traction. If you get a pair that fits properly these shoes are worth the whopping price.

These shoes are simply amazing!I bought these shoes after having gone through some Mad Rocks, Evolv, and La Sportiva(1 of each). The other shoes I wear have nothing on these. Be warned that these shoes have a lined upper and are quite difficult to size if you have wider feet. I wore in an 8.5 in Evolv Defy, an 8 in Mad Rock's Demon 2.0, and for these I had to get a 9.5. Its not that they weren't wide enough necessarily but that the sizing is way different from other brands. So order bigger than most other climbing shoes. These shoes have are mildly aggressive with a slight downturned toe. The toe is unbelievably helpful on overhangs. It helped me send a project that I had been working on for 3 weeks. I have wider feet and I don't recommend these shoes if you have wider feet too unless you want your pinky toe to meld with your foot. I'm really happy with these shoes. Climb Safe!
