Sleeves too snugI already have 18 Ex Officio shirts. The last two I ordered had a redesigned sleeve which was at least 2 inches smaller through the bicep area (it could have been more). In heat, I need more air circulation around my body. These new sleeves are too snug and uncomfortable. My arms are fairly slim for my age and body type. I cannot imagine anyone with a larger bicep wanting to look as if they have two sausage arms. Please return the sleeve with more room. I wear it over t-shirts so I want a looser fit not a real snug one. I returned the two I purchased. When the sleeves change, I will be ordering more. I love the Gill and the Dryflylite styles.

Very nice shirtThis shirt is very lightweight and cool while offering the sun protection needed. I wore it birding in Spain for 8 days. It was so comfortable and dried so quickly overnight that I never wore the older backup shirt I had packed. The side zip pockets were perfect while wearing binoculars on a harness. They were accessible and easily held a pocket camera. Best of all, the fit is feminine, not ridiculously tight yet fitted, with small slits at the side. The green color is wonderful. I liked it so much that I came home and ordered the blue. I know this is a year for hot colors, but I would like to see this shirt offered in some soft colors and neutrals too.

Great Shirt - poor sizing changeI already own 4 of these shirts that I purchased a couple of years ago and was so pleased with them, I wanted to order a few more.
I was VERY disappointed this time, to find the fit and sizing has changed significantly since the last time I bought the shirt. I wear a size Medium womens's in the previous versions of the shirt, and that was what I ordered this time. The shirts that just arrived are very tight in both the chest and arms and are not comfortable to wear at all. I had to return them all, but I have re-ordered them in a size large, hopefully when they arrive, they will fit, so I can wear the shirt again. Since I enjoyed the previous versions of the shirt, I was willing to give it another try.

Not satisfiedDisclaimer- mine was the rosemary check and perhaps the problems have been fixed but I'll be returning mine. It's simply too short for a 5'8" person- it hits me at a very unflattering location. It's also too short to wear neatly over any of my tees.
This shirt requires ironing unless you don't mind wrinkles. I've let it hang for weeks and the wrinkles won't fall out. I also tried fluffing it in the dryer with damp towels and that didn't work.
The pocket locations weren't a surprise but I do find them unflattering and awkward to use compared to other Ex Officio choices.

good sun proctectionI am buying a replacement and have had several
of this type of shirt over the last 7 years. After a skin
cancer diagnosis at 30 I wear the shirt as sun
protection. This brand is the least sticky in hot weather(vs.REI,LLBean, royal Robbins )
It is doable to travel with as few pieces as needed. It dries
overnight unwrinkled if you use a coat hanger. Has gotten a bit dingy after
years of repeated wash and wear but resists stains. CONS I am tall and slim and medium would fit if the sleeves were a tad longer. I buy large it's frumpy but does the job. I wish they would stop putting the pockets
over the bust area my iPhone fits But realistically anything bigger than
a chapstick has me feeling a bit like I'm wearing a janitor uniform.

Sad, sadThese used to be my favorite shirts for traveling. Be forewarned: if you are not very tall or not the shape of a super model, the new sizing is atrocious. I have these same shirts in old sizing: Small fits me. In the next revision, Medium fits me, but are much too long. Current sizing: Large fits me in the chest, but the rest of the shirt is too big and way too long. I am 5'2 and am not overweight, but I am not rail thin either. Please bring back the old sizing, or offer petite sizes for normal people. It's a shame to take a great shirt and wreck it.

Misses the markI have 18 ExOfficio shirts purchased before this last purchase so I really LOVE my ExOfficio shirts. This last order of 2 Dryflylite shirts missed the mark. The shirt sleeve has been redesigned and is at least 2 inches smaller in circumference at the bicep. I had to return these because they were snug and because the armholes were smaller (to accommodate the smaller sleeve) they hung poorly in the back. They were uncomfortable being worn over a t-shirt. I hope ExOfficio reconsiders this "improvement" and returns to the sizing of the past.

Like this shirtIt has taken a long time to find a wicking shirt that is this nice. The fabric is soft, the fit works well for me, the color is really nice. Many techie shirts are made with stiff synthetic feeling fabric and super bright colors that would have you standing out in a crowd or in the woods, like a neon sign! This "antique" color is quite nice, rich and subdued at the same time. The fabric is soft and drapes well. The cut is a bit fitted. I currently fall between a medium and a large and the large fit well - so if you are on the XL side of large - go XL, etc. I found this shirt on sale, $37, and I'm happy to buy at that price but would buy at full price if I spent money more freely. I hope that some of the other more earthy colors will go on sale too.
