I use this pair of shoes for training on the college wall. They are really comfortable since they aren´t agressive at all. The laces let you tight them as much as you like. Remember this ones are synthetic and they´ll not break in so try them on before buying and make sure you like the fit since the beginning. My shoe size is W 8, and got them in W 7. The only con is that as they are not from leather I prefer to take them off several times while training to avoid odor. Either way, this is a great shoe for a beginner climber or training pair.
