Cheaply madeThis knife definitely had potential, but didn’t live up to expectations due to a poor choice of materials. The blade is pretty sharp, and with the serrated edge, it easily cuts through rope and webbing. The nub on the blade makes for easy one-handed opening, and the blade locks when open and closed for safety. The issue with this knife is with the material used for the handle. It is a really cheap feeling brittle plastic. I had this knife clipped to my harness for about 3 months and only used it maybe 1 or 2 times before the handle broke apart. The actual pieces that fell off were not terribly big, but they were the pieces that held the metal blade lock in place, so now the blade just spins freely. It was never dropped or slammed against rock or anything like that, so it was pretty disappointing for it to break so quickly.
