The Eagles Nest Slap Strap Pro Hammock Suspension System makes it crazy simple to hang your favorite Eagles Nest hammock almost anywhere in the backyard, at the campsite, on a boat, the deck... or wherever your relaxed imagination leads you. This hammock strap system works on trees or other sturdy objects between 10 and 20 feet apart, and can support up to 400 lbs when properly installed. That's enough weight capacity for you and a snuggle buddy, or a really big dog.

"Almost perfect" 05/12/13

Pros - Adjustable, easy to use, strong, durableCons - they stretch (slap strap pro model does not), not very lightThese are a must have for your average hammocker. They are so easy and simple to set up. If you are going for ultra-light you may want to look for other options, but they aren't unbearably heavy for average everyday use. I've used mine at least 50 times and haven't seen a bit of wear on them.

"Simple & Effective" 03/27/13

I use these with my single nest - and what they do well is get you hanging fast. They are long enough that you really don't have to worry about "not finding trees close enough." You can be relaxing within 60 secs. So for casual use, I highly recommend. If you are looking to hammock "camp" I would recommend a suspension system you can more easily "dial in." For an all night "sleep" hang - these have a bit too much sag and the spacing between loops may require repetitive adjustment. So... Casual - highly recommend. Backpacking - works, but not as well as other systems.

"Easy Setup" 02/02/13

These straps make setting up your hammock a snap. Because they are nylon they do stretch under heavier loads so you may have to do some re-adjusting over time. Their ease of use helps make up for this issue though

worth every penny in hassle. don't have to carry all that extra stuff and gives you tremendous flexibility in where you set up.

Although para cord will work this is easier on the trees and is resistant to slippage. Great product once you have it.

"Buy the atlas version. This one stretches out and is a waste of money" 12/11/12

Seems good at first, but you wake up with your butt on the ground. Nylon is the wrong material choice for this purpose. The eno atlas straps are poly not nylon. Why they still sell this version is beyond me. If I had read anything on the hammock forums about these I never would have bought them.

"Bottomed Out" 12/05/12

While these are easy to use and don't damage the trees, they stretch a ridiculous amount. We set up our double hammock ridiculously high to try to counteract the sag. It was actually pretty comical trying to climb in with it at that height. But in a matter of about 20 minutes we were bottomed out. I would not recommend for use with the doublenest. Might be fine for a single.
