Only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because it's pretty expensive and I've only had it for a few weeks, if it lasts years then I'd change the rating. I bought this underquilt for a climbing trip in Kentucky in November 2015. It worked pretty much as described--temps got down to 30F and with the underquilt and my 32F sleeping bag I felt pretty comfortable (had just a hint of CBS before I dosed off). Much colder and I'd try adding an airpad or upgrading to a warmer bag. I woke up to frost on my sleeping bag the first morning and on the edges of the underquilt (didn't use the rain tarp as the ski was really clear) but they both dried out by evening. The quilt is light, compresses fairly well and setup was ridiculously easy. Also, I was pleased that the quilt covered me from head to toe which I was a bit worried about (I'm 6ft).
