"This lets me pack more clothes in less space" 04/03/11

I bought this for overseas traveling. I plan on putting my clean clothes in the large bag and the dirty in the medium. This will make my clothes a lot more compact and hopefully keep the dirty from smelling up my bag.

"Sturdy bags that do work but make sure the closure closes" 03/16/09

I was little skeptical when I first pulled these big 'ol zip lock bags out, but was plesantly surprised when I started to use them. My main goal to start was either store and protect my sweaters or protect myself and family from dirty, stinky clothes on trips. My only hang up with these guys is the closure. It comes with a little yellow plastic closer thingy but you need to start the closure with your finger first, then use the closer thingy. Close it up with your sweater inside and sit on the bag, which works very well. I was able to store two sweaters (medium bulky sweaters) in the "L" bag and one in the medium. Stored for three months without any visible air sucking back in.

"Worth the money, because it's useful for more than camping" 07/05/08

Pretty amazing! However, if you're just trying to store smaller items, it's way, way cheaper to just use a good zip lock bag - you push as much air out as you can and then seal it, and it's almost as good as this product. What this is really useful for, though, are bigger items, such as blankets and jackets. I even got a full size pillow in the largest one.

"Want to save space? These bags actually work as promised!" 10/31/07

I never trust the As Seen On TV offers. Getting my HANDS ON this item helped me make up my mind to buy it. Strong, thick bags that should last a long time. And they WORK - they actually look like you'd used a vacuum to suck all the air out of the bag, and the contents really do smash down nicely. Very cool.

"great space saver.... durable too" 06/06/07

great space saver.... however the size they compress to causes over packing for long trips.... always check the weight of your luggage before going to the airport some how i wound up 15 lbs over weight on my luggage because i compressed everything in these so i had just a little more room... so i packed more than i should have... they are much more durable than the 'name brand version' as seen on tv
