Awesome laptop backpack/briefcase/messenger bagAs usual, Eagle Creek exceeds expectations. It is a very comfortable backpack that looks professional as a briefcase or over-the-shoulder bag. Lots of great space and pockets. Pockets are easily accessible through the large zippers. The fabric for the black color is much shinier than expected, but it wipes off nicely. The only downside is that the pockets for pens and pencils don't hold well when the back is in backpack direction.

Great pockets, perfect size, excellent materials, comfy straps, & grey is beautiful.I commute & sometimes fly for my job and needed a new bag that balanced a professional look with good style. ,,,,In my search, I narrowed my choices down to 3 bags: this one, Booq Boa Nerve, and Topo Design's Mountain Briefcase. All 3 bags share the same price range, basic size, and look great in their own way. This one and the Topo were similar as they both convert to backpacks. The Booq is strictly a messenger bag. Long story short I went with this one because it spoke "office" slightly more than the Mountain Brief.,,,,Pros:,, ⢠Great Material, feels like it'll last a long time and take a beating.,, ⢠Grey color is perfect. The zippers don't look "brownish" as the photo would suggest. ,, Zippers match the grey with the rest of the bag.,, ⢠The gusseted opening accessory pockets are a nice touch...unzip all the way w/out worry ,, of spillage.,, ⢠Backpack straps are super comfy.,,Con:,, ⢠Detachable shoulder strap slips off your shoulder.,,,,No regrets. I'd buy it again.
