"Too small to fit iPhone, wrap around over strap is noticeable and mildly annoying." 09/14/10

If you stretch the pouch you can cram an iPhone 4 in, but zipper is almost impossible to open/close and will probably scratch the top edge. The pouch wraps around the strap, if you want it to be accessible around the armpit height, you feel the extra bulge on the strap. I wouldn't recommend this.
