this is the ideal pack for the weekend getaway via airplane. its larger than most 'daypacks' so it fits a good amount of clothes. the laptop compartment is clutch; padded on both sides. plenty of smaller compartments to store whatever you wanna store.
This is my go to carry on bag. Great laptop compartment. Also plenty of room for cloths and toiletries perfect for a weekend bag. Highly recommend this dakine bag. Only downfall is the 'sunglasses' pocket is not very protective. Still need to keep them in a hard case and odds are that hard case wont fit in the sunglass compartment.
Not the most stylish pack, but very organizable and compartmental. The back padding and straps are cushioned, supportive, and comfortable. This pack is big in size, not too hard to carry, but fits a good amount of stuff.....especially if you are an accesories freak, because it has compartments for laptop, sunglasses, music, utensils, etc.
"This is a great bag for big people with big packing needs."
I am 6'2, and I fell like it fits me perfectly. I have had this bag for over 9 months now, and I have only minor complaints. First, the good stuff - It is very roomy. I use this bag for school, and I regularly pack the following items in this bag every day 3 heavy books 4000+ pages total, a laptop, bike pump, a thermos, lunch, pens, etc.... With a little creativity, everything fits. - It has neat niche pockets. I never knew how badly I needed a a bag with built in CD storage. Also, the sunglasses pocket is very useful - I always stuff my ipod in there. - All of the other pockets are very well designed. They have enough dividers and zipped compartments to satisfy your OCD impulses, and th
Seriously, I've been using this backpack for a little over two months and it is spectacular! It looks a tad small but you can put so much stuff in this bag. I haven't opened my locker all year and I just keep everything in my backpack. What's better is that, even with all that weight, the bag is still comfortable. I have no idea how that works... overall, best bag I've ever used in school, my highest possible recommendation. Doesn't look half bad, either.
"The Dakine Terminal is great for frequent travellers who need a lot of storage space."
I recently bought the Dakine Terminal backpack from MooseJaw. I do a lot of traveling with an organization called World Endeavors and this pack could not be more perfect. I am currently writing this review from Chennai, India. It has already been a great companion for me in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand as well as Mumbai, India. Next stops - New Delhi, India and Kathmandu, Nepal. As I pick up a few gifts for family along the way, I know my pack will hold them. It is absolutely the biggest carry-on, back-pack I have ever owned. Great job, Dakine and thank you MooseJaw!
