"Warm and Cozy but a little bulky" 01/28/13

This beanie is warm but a little bulky and roomie up top. I'm ok with the both beccause of the fit. It is roomie but that allows me to pull the beanie down lower on my forehead and neck for extra warmth around the fire or in the tent. It is bulky but I use it after hiking so it does the job.I wouldn't recommend wearing this while hiking in the cold weather, it just won't breath well enough but for daily use or around camp in the evening it is a great beanie.

"Great hat...but" 12/02/11

I love my Coal Frena! It looks great and lasts longer then most stylish hats, but I would definitely say it is more for fashion then performance. Yes they keep your head warm but I wouldn't wear it snowboarding or backpacking. This hat has a pretty big sag to it which looks great if that's what you like. I also have a large head but not a lot of hair and it fits like advertised. My friend tried it on who has a similar sized head but a lot of hair and he didn't get a lot of sag.
