"You need these!" 04/07/12
I've had these for about a year now and can't believe I waited so long to get them. The price may seem a bit steep, but for the quality of the product, it's definitely worth it. Mine still look brand new after wearing them every day for an entire summer and have way better support and look way cooler than a pair of flip flops you buy from Old Navy!
"The Ultimate Adventurer's Sandal" 02/20/12
I have had my current Chacos for 6 years, the sole is starting to come off and the webbing is getting a bit frayed. Knowing that I need to replace them the only sandal I will consider getting is another pair. I love being able to adjust them to fit my foot. They've got great arch support and are super comfy. My feet have never been happier than when they are in my Chacos. Easy to wear, easy to clean, and made to be worn on any terrain. Who wouldn't love them?
"Don't waste your time looking for anything else" 10/27/11
As a guide for an adventure company, spending a lot of time on trail and in and out of rivers and streams, I don't trust any other sandal on the market. I've tried a few others and they don't come close in traction. It was like the difference between a VW Beetle and a Jeep Wrangler in a snow storm! For the longer trails, throw on a pair of toe socks till your feet become accustomed to the straps, then go barefoot. Great support. Great custom fit. Great if you have foot issues. The best!
"Amazing, earth-shattering shoes" 09/26/11
I love these shoes. I wore them to Disney world and could literally walk everywhere without getting sore. At first I thought they looked kind of manly, but they are so supportive and really comfortable. You really should buy a pair. it's just the kind of shoes you don't want to take off.

I have always loved the outdoors and paddling, and when I found these sandals, I have never worn any others since. They are the most comfortable sandals on earth, plus there is the added bonus of them being adjustable the way you can pull on the straps so that they can perfectly fit your feet. I love the new colors they come out with, and i love the durability of these shoes. I put them through a lot and they are still holing it together after 3 years.
"I love my Chacos" 08/26/11
Last week, I went hiking with a few friends on a very rigorous trail. The hike down the mountain was almost too steep. One of my friends wore tennis shoes, while me and the others wore our Chacos. While she was slipping and stumbling over the rocks, we were easily making our way down. These Chacos have such great traction which also made the climb back up a lot easier than for my friend with tennis shoes. They are also waterproof which is a great advantage. I recommend these to anyone who enjoys hiking or just about any other outdoor activity.

I debated for years whether or not to spend the money on these shoes. But when I finally gave in, I never looked back. I love them and have worn them every day this summer. They might feel a little uncomfortable until you get the straps situated to fit your feet. But once you do they're great!

I was very hesitant to buy strappy sandals. They're not always attractive looking, and I had grown up mocking tourists wearing them. I had some friends talk me into these however, and I have never looked back. They are my favorite pair of shoes and I spend my summers now working on my Chaco tan. They're great for just about anything (although I can't say I've worn them to a wedding...yet), but especially when you need good traction. I spend a lot of time in a river down the road and would probably have broken my ankles a few times, were it not for the fact that I always have my Chacos on. Please purchase. You won't be sorry.
