"Unbelievably versatile" 		          10/01/09
I have put miles on these shoes in India, Cambodia, South Africa, Europe, and Thailand. They have kayaked, hiked, camped, and popped around the mall. They are worth what you pay. They take a bit of breaking in as the extra strap can rub on the inside of your foot, but once you break them in you'll never go back.

"I didnt buy them, but wore them in the store." 		          09/16/09
Here's the thing. They need to make half sizes. I am an 8, but in sandals I like to go down half a size so I don't trip over the toe. I tried the 7's and they were the right length, but the arch support was just in the wrong place. When I tried the 8's, they had too much toe. Also, the part of the sandal that goes between the toes is not adjustable, and was too loose for me in the size 8. It did nothing to support my foot. Too bad, I think I would like these if they came in half sizes.

"Sturdy, lightweight and comfy" 		          06/22/09
I bought these shoes to wear on my trip to Hawaii and they were perfect! Comfortable to wear on the plane straight to a hike. They dry quickly if you get them wet, and they hold up pretty well on slick surfaces. Have great arch support, walk around town or for a casual hike...wouldn't recommend for serious mtn climbing or anything, but fit everything I needed them for on my trip.

I bought these for myself for my birthday and I am very happy with them. They have good arch support and are super comfortable from day 1. I love, love, love them. Best money I ever spent on a pair of sandals.

Chacos have been my favorite shoes for a while now. Cant have too many pair since the river, and my dog keep eating them. Other than that they last forever and are the only shoe I take with me when I go globe trotting.

I HAVEHAD THIS SHOE FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND THE SUPPORT OF THIS SHOES IS SURPRISING, IT HAS GREAT ARCH SUPPORT AND ALSO THE STRAPS KEEP THE SHOES ON YOUR FOOT GOOD. SO EVEN THOES IT DOES NOT HAVE THE BACK STRAP IT DOES NOT SLIDE OFF WHILE YOU WALK. I HAVE ABOUT 10 PAIRS OF CHACO'S AND LOVE THEM ALL, THIS PAIR IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE.

"Short learn to love period then it's TLA" 		          07/18/08
I got the brown pebble pattern. I like the footbed a lot and since I wear flippers all the time I thought I would try something a little more foot hugging. The extra straps have taken a few days to get set properly but if you are patient and work through the adjustments they're a really great pair of shoes.
