• Please note that if your chest and/or waist measurements are in between sizes, you should buy the larger size. It is also wise to double check the product description of the shirt you are buying to determine the fit. Sorry to be so bossy.

*Measure over your undergarments for best results

CHEST: Measure under your arms and across your shoulder blades while holding the tape firm and level. If your chest measurement is between sizes, buy the next size up.

WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, this time keeping the tape comfortably loose.

INSEAM: Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them on a flat surface, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from the crotch to bottom of leg hem. You can also measure the correct inseam length without pants by measuring from your crotch to the pant length you would prefer.

TALL SIZES: For Carhartt's tall sizes, the garments are two inches longer in the length and sleeve than their regular size garments.

Regular, Short, and Tall Sizes

Differences Between Regular and Tall Sizing

Outerwear, Long-Sleeve Shirts, and Sweats: The tall sizes are 2" longer than regular sizes and the tall sleeve lengths are 2" longer than regular sleeve lengths. This applies to the Carhartt Men's Yukon Coverall.

Coveralls: The tall sizes are 1" longer than regular sizes, the tall sleeve lengths are 1" longer than regular sleeve lengths, and the short sleeve lengths are 1" shorter than regular sleeve lengths. This DOES NOT apply to the Carhartt Men's Yukon Coverall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you do construction outside, you need these! Honestly? Carhartt makes the best work wear out there! These bibs are my second i've had to buy, only because I grew out the last pair, but I didn't blow them out. These have honestly lasted for years and will continue to do so. If you work outside during the winter months, you really need to own a pair of these. They fit so comfortably and are so warm. I also own and wear Carhartt coveralls as well, but the good thing about the bibs are if you ever need to work inside the same day you're outside, you can just take your jacket off and keep your bibs on with a hoodie underneath. Anyway, get these, you really won't regret it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Winter bibs I got my pair of these R02 overalls in the blaze orange color, a couple days ago, and am glad to see they are made in USA. The fit was what I was expecting, and they didn't shrink at all in the wash. I did have to wash them twice when I got them, they had a strong smell of mothballs for some reason. After one wash, I could still smell it, so washed them again, and used some febreze with it, and now its only faintly detectable. I hope a few more washings takes the smell away...very odd, never had that happen before. I expect they will last a good long time like my other Carhartt clothes...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Carhartt brand is the best This purchase is not my first pair of Carhartt bibs, so yes, I am a repeat customer. I've tried others (other brands) but nothing compares to Carhartt. As an outside plant utility lineman, I work in all types of conditions these bibs have always held up no matter what the conditions are. I have both lined and unlined that I wear year round and highly recommend them to anyone who who needs durability, reliability, and quality. To me, Carhartt is the best clothing brand on the market and I will continue to buy it no matter what the price. The value is worth it. You get what you pay for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from irritating suspender buckles This rating may seem confusing. I love my Carhartts except for one thing....the new style suspender buckles. My work/activities using the insulated bib overalls include climbing ladders, bending over, sitting, and everything in between, and the buckles are continually coming un-fastened....very irritating. Son and son-in-law have same problem. My son finally wrapped duct tape around his buckles...this looks quite tacky, and would be unnecessary if the older style buckles were used...or an option for them. I will buy the "next best brand" of bibbers with "stay fastened buckles"instead of Carhartts unless buckles are changed. I would only recommend these to others if the buckles were replced with "stay-fastened" ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from R02 Men's Black Lined Bib Overall We were able to supply eighteen of our twenty workers with a pair of these from shopping at local retailers. The other two pairs were purchased online because the sizes were not in stock on the retailers shelves. In any event, the crew members we purchased these for are very happy that the company gave these to them because, we work in a cold area and we all wanted to have the same look for the customers project we were working on. All went very well and we all like our new Carharts. Now if we can just get the jackets company sponsored........

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very warm Purchased these to work around the house and move snow around in the winter. Since I've purched we haven't had any snow yet. We did have a couple good enough days that I could ride my Harley to work (35 miles one way). It was 26 f when I left in the morning so I figured I would try them out. All I had on under was blue jeans. I was amazed. My legs did not get cold at all. Being able to ride when its a little colder out than what I usally do will pay for these in no time saving gas riding instead of driving the truck. Thanks Carhartt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from greatest bibs ever owned ive owned a couple pairs of bibs and these are by far the best. im 16 and during the winter i plow snow for a company. mostly 20 degrees or lower and these keep me very warm. im operating skid steers ans driving plow trucks throwing salt and the whole time im comfortable and warm. haven't had a single problem with them wear them everyday during the winter and have yet to had a single issue with them. the best you could buy for sure. if your looking for a good pair of bibs for the winter that you can work in get these

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cold weather bibs I am on my second pair of these. The first ones lasted almost 6 years. The only problem with the last pair is that the legs shrank up. If you purchase, I suggest getting an extra size in length to allow for it. I like these bibs because they are warm without being too hot when inside (I have found the Arctic lining just too warm). Just unzip the legs to stay comfy. I prefer the bibs to layering with thermal bottoms because they keep you clean while working and the extra pockets are always handy.
